After a few months off from running the very successful Strada 18 and Boulevard 18 restaurants, Chef David Raymer has set his sites on the "Delivery Only" culinary world.

 Cucina 18 is an Italian, farm to table kitchen, using the finest ingredients for gourmet meals at everyday prices delivered to your door. Everything at Cucina 18 is made from scratch. 

Prior to Cucina 18 Chef David was Executive Chef of Both Strada 18 (Norwalk) and Boulevard 18 (New Canaan).

Why the 18 you ask? Chef David pulls his love of Italian cooking from his honeymoon while traveling in Italy. Strada 18 (State Highway 18) runs from the Naples to Reggio Calabria at the southern most tip of the Italian main land. Like its counter part in the U.S. Route 1 on the California coast Strada 18 runs for hundreds of miles on the edge of the coast, uniting the fruits of the Mediterranean Sea and rich flavorful ingredients of the fertile farmland. 

David has earned a reputation over the years for his mastery of nurturing ingredients. At Cucina 18 he is now able to focus even more on the cooking & creating without the burden of a dinning room.
